Pastoral Family Care Foundation
OUR MISSION
The PFCF’s 4th anniversary – thank you for standing with us and making an impact!
We are a humanitarian and charitable organisation based in Przemyśl (Poland, Europe) providing long-term accommodation and care for people in need, with a particular focus on refugees and migrants. We run a social enterprise, employ people in crisis, and integrate locally. We support people in rebuilding their lives with dignity and hope.
Since launching our activities in 2022, we have collaborated with numerous individuals and organizations worldwide. During the refugee crisis caused by the war in Ukraine, our program was structured around two stages: reception and resettlement.
Today, our strategy focuses on providing long-term assistance to the most vulnerable groups, specifically in the areas of integration and care. We promote social and economic integration by creating jobs, supporting the return to independence, and providing spaces that foster connections with the local community.
We extend medical, psychosocial, spiritual, and logistical care and support to the elderly, the sick, and people with disabilities.
With the continued support of our donors, we regularly organize the distribution of rice, blankets, hygiene products, and clothing to residents of eastern Ukraine.
